Roger Brackett - Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Roger has over thirty-three (33) years of experience in insurance company operations and information services management. Mr. Brackett has an in-depth knowledge and experience in human resources, insurance benefit systems, and company operations.Additionally, he has been responsible for all aspects of marketing software applications, including strategic planning, packaging, product distribution, and software sales. He is intimately familiar with the software design, development and implementation.
Mr. Brackett has designed and developed Stop Loss Insurance Underwriting and Flexible Benefits Administration software systems. He was also instrumental in the development of a software product which rates, underwrites and prepares quotes for professional liability insurance for healthcare industry insurers.
