Roger Aleska, CEBS, REBC - Vice President, Business Development
Roger has over 25 years of experience in employee benefit consulting and sales. He is the Vice President of Business Development, GroupLink, Inc. a member of the IHC Group. In this role, he specializes in developing and offering private label products for various marketing entities throughout the nation.
Besides his work in benefits, Roger teaches and has taught various continuing education insurance-related courses to agents and brokers and has been a presenter at numerous benefit seminars. Roger is the past President of the Indiana Chapter of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists and is also the past President of the Indianapolis Association of Health Underwriters.
Roger has a B.A. and a M.A. from the University of Kentucky and earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He also has the designation of Registered Employee Benefit Consultant from The American College.
During his early teaching year’s career, Roger also coached swimming at various levels and once held the position as head coach of the South American country of Ecuador’s national swimming team.
Currently he lives in Indianapolis, has three teen daughters and, in his spare time, competes in Masters Swimming.
